- Use Ideal for typical Mediterranean dishes like tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, fennels, etc. Also excellent for marinated tuna, grilled meats, beef carpaccio, bruschetta, caprese salad, Sicilian caponata, pastas and soups and cheeses like mozzarella and ricotta.
