  • Description Hand-made using 100% spelt flour and eggs.
  • UseThis pasta is of the same cut as Tagliatelle, however, due to the use of spelt flour, it has a very earthy and nutty taste which is both delicious and very healthy. Given its shape, this pasta can be basically enjoyed in the same manner as Tagliatelle. However, at the same time, it would pair particularly nicely with either a mix of mushrooms sautéed in extra virgin olive oil (we suggest Franci Villa Magra), garlic and parsley, or a simple tomato sauce made with sautéed cherry tomatoes and a few rosemary twigs.
