- Description Hand-made using 100% durum wheat semolina and eggs.
- UseThis flat, wide cut pasta is best appreciated with rich, thick meat-based “ragus” made with either veal or beef, such as a bourgignon or a stroganoff. They can also be served with a variety of wild game meats, like venison and wild boar, that have been stewed in rich, red wine-based sauces. Alternatively, this pasta can be simply enjoyed on its own with some extra virgin olive oil (we suggest Pruneti Toscano IGP Organic) drizzled on top along with some freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
