- Description Hand-made using 100% durum wheat semolina and eggs.
- UseThis flat pasta is cut thinner than Chitarrine, but can be prepared in the same way as Chitarrine or Tagliatelle. Alernatively, this pasta can be simply enjoyed on its own with some extra virgin olive oil (we suggest Mandranova Biancolilla or Alfredo Cetrone Intenso) drizzled on top along with some freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
