- Description Hand-made using 100% durum wheat semolina and eggs.
- UseThis thinnest of pastas is like a thread (which is what filini effectively means in the plural in Italian) and is very delicate. Like “Angel’s Hair” pasta, it can be enjoyed simply in a soup or or with a light and delicate tomato sauce or white wine-based seafood sauce made with shrimps and/or scallops. This pasta can also be simply enjoyed on its own with a sauce made of garlic, basil and extra virgin olive oil (we suggest Mandranova Biancolilla or Alfredo Cetrone Delicato) along with some freshly cut parsely and grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
