- Description Hand-made using 100% durum wheat semolina and eggs.
- UseThis flat pasta is cut slightly thinner than Tagliatelle, but can still be enjoyed with the same thick, meat-based ragu sauces or lighter, white-wine seafood sauces. This pasta can also be simply enjoyed on its own with a sauce made of garlic, basil and extra virgin olive oil (we suggest Mandranova Biancolilla) along with some freshly cut parsely and grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
