- Description Hand-made using buckwheat flour, durum wheat semolina, and eggs.
- UseLike with Farrine, this pasta is of the same cut as Tagliatelle, however, it is made with buckwheat which gives the pasta a slightly more delicate taste which is also both delicious and very healthy. It can be prepared and enjoyed the same way as Farrine or, alternatively, this pasta can also be enjoyed on its own with some extra virgin olive oil (we suggest Pruneti Frantoio DOP Organic) drizzled on top along with some freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
