- Description Long-aged in oak barrels, the exclusive Red Label Condimento is produced from acidified grape, concentrated by evaporation and made exclusively from grapes grown in Emilia Romagna, and is not mixed with any wine vinegar giving it an acidity of less than 6%. The aging process creates a full, well-rounded body and consistency with a wealth of aromas and silky mellow flavors and fragrances.
- UseBlends beautifully with uncooked dishes like desserts, fresh strawberries, figs, ice-creams, Parmigiano Reggiano, and other aged cheeses as well as is particularly sublime on fresh figs and prosciutto di Parma.
