- Description Long-aged in oak barrels, the exclusive Red Label Aceto Balsamico di Modena is the most prized of the Modena range. It is produced from acidified grape must made exclusively from grapes grown in Emilia Romagna and mixed with a small percentage of wine vinegar giving it a minimum acidity of 6 %. This balsamic vinegar is well-rounded with a mellow flavor and consistency and best used when only a touch of subtle acidity is required.
- Use Blends beautifully with uncooked dishes like fresh strawberries, ice-creams, Parmigiano Reggiano, and other aged cheeses as well as is particularly sublime on fresh figs and prosciutto di Parma.
