  • Description More defined and structured yet elegant, well-balanced, and complex with high notes of unripe walnut, green artichokes and basil. A definite presence of bitter notes and a good pungency in the finishing aftertaste. This oil is made from a particular cultivar in south Tuscany that is highly appreciated from olive oil connoisseurs. High in polyphenols a natural antioxidant.
  • Use Excellent on a variety of dishes, including hearty salads (like those made with lentils, fennels, radicchio, and white fava beans), fresh artichokes either grilled or in salads, mushrooms either grilled or in salads, regular or hearty soups (like those made from legumes such lentils), grilled and steamed vegetables, grilled white and red meats, and fresh crostini and bruschetta.
